Position Summary:

 Requirements:

·         Minimum 10+ years of experience in a financial capacity, with 5+ years of management experience.

·         Experience in PV industry and/or electronic manufacturing industry is desirable, but not required.

·         Commercial credit analysis and tax experience is required. Substantial knowledge in tax law and provisions preferred.

·         Solid experience in the preparation and presentation of financial reports using both the IFRS and GAAP standards required.

·         Expertise in best-of-industry financial and accounting practices and analytical tools. Experience with ERP software such as SAP or any financial systems/applications preferred.

·         Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost and cash flow management.

·         Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team of finance professionals as well as the ability to work closely with an intercultural team.

Requirements:

Education/Certifications:

§  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business discipline is required; a graduate degree is strongly preferred.

Professional Qualifications:

§  Minimum 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in the energy sector or within the PV industry. PV Power Electronic, String Inverter technology, Module Level Power Electronic (MLPE). PV module technology experience is a plus.

§  Experience interacting with sales and business development teams and B2B sales channels, and working experience in direct sales to commercial and industry business is a plus.

§  Excellent technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn detailed information about the existing product portfolio and to communicate and answer technical and product related questions and topics.

§  Understanding and application of financial product calculation – product cost and product sales price definition, analysis and recommendation.
