Office Support Coordinator, SSA (m/f)



  • Office Support

    • Handling and coordination of general inbound calls
    • Management of incoming correspondence and mail
    • Coordination of office mail and courier services
    • Review, anticipation and order of supplies and equipment and comparison of offers
    • Maintenance of conference rooms
    • Management of housekeeping/facility management with external providers
    • Management of registers and archives
    • Taking care of international guests and customers
    • Coordination of admin related projects
    • Travel bookings including liason with the travel agency and booking flights and hotels as required
    • Event bookings for the team incl. staff events and training venues
    • Administrative support for the SSA Director as required




  • Apprenticeship related to business admin or comparable
  • Up from 3 years experience in Office Management


  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a reliable approach
  • Ability to handle work under high confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and develop individual competencies
  • High commitment and flexibility
  • Pro-active and confident, strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and cross-cultural skills
  • Ability to multitask and to work under pressure


  • Fluent in English (written and vocal) and Afrikaans, other languages are a plus
