  • Kaufmännische Steuerung und Kontrolle

    • Du lernst alle Abläufe der Finanzbuchhaltung und der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung im Detail kennen
    • Du erwirbst tiefgehende Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit den SAP Modulen Finanzwirtschaft (FI), Materialwirtschaft (MM), Controlling (CO) und Vertrieb (SD)

  • Office Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Handles all first and second level customer complaints
  • Serves as company liaison with customer on technical matters for assigned claims
  • Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Provides customer support through the performance of on-site investigation, not limited to overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment and systems
  • Analyzes test data and recognize deviation from acceptable values
  • Must demonstrate proficiency on all products and field processes
  • Responsible for preparing and uploading all field activity reports
  • Advises management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements
  • This job may include any aspect of field support. Performs other functions as required by the EMEA Customer Service Manager
  • Collaborates with EMEA and HQ Sales Management and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operation and development of Customer Service and Sales function

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Internationally recognized Engineering qualifications or comparable
  • Up to 2 years of experience in solar industry
  • Up to 2 years of experience in technical warranty claims

COMPETENCIES:

  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Office, PVsol, PVsyst)
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks in parallel

  • Ideally experienced in working with other cultures

LOCATED IN MUNICH, CANADIAN SOLAR EMEA IS SEEKING A

Logistics Coordinator, EMEA (m/f)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Coordinate international inbound, warehousing and outbound shipments and deliveries within the EMEA region (mainly seafreight and roadfreight)
  • Work as a point-of-contact for freight forwarders, vendors and warehouses regarding any shipment statuses, delays, delivery confirmation and issues
  • Hold delivery deadlines by solving upcoming shipments
  • Prepare all needed documents, shipping approvals, customs documents etc. to ensure timely delivery of shipments in EMEA
  • Responsible to ensure proper customs clearance including preparation of necessary customs documentation in compliance with international customs laws
  • Assist actively at improving the operational processes, designing and implementing processes
  • Prepare regular shipment, freight activity reports, rate sheets/calculator
  • Complete and submit letter of credit applications for vendors to ensure correct and timely payment

 

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

  • Education in Logistics or University degree in business administration or comparable

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics Operations

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent logistics know how, preferably working experience for a forwarding agent (mainly seafreight and roadfreight)
  • Excellent skills and affinity to ERP Systems especially on SAP is a must
  • Result driven approach with a proactive attitude, high initiative to take on challenges and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance and logistical requirements
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure, high flexibility and willingness/ability to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intercultural skills
  • Very good MS Office Skills, especially Excel
